Unicity offers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee to purchasers who are not Unicity Distributors. If your Member or Customer is dissatisfied, they're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase (90 days for Feel Great, subject to the Feel Great guarantee requirements).
As the referring Distributor, you're responsible for honoring this guarantee with your Customers. Here's how to handle a refund request:
- Have the refund processed. The fastest option is to direct your Member to contact Customer Service at 1-800-UNICITY or [email protected], and they'll process the refund if it meets the requirements.
- If you're returning the product yourself, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service at 1-800-UNICITY. Return the unused portion with the RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box. Packages without an RMA number are refused and returned at your expense. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
- What you receive back. Once Unicity receives the returned product and documentation, you'll be sent replacement product equal to 100% of the PV returned.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Honor the Guarantee. If you fail to honor the refund policy and Unicity has to refund your Customer directly, you'll be required to repay Unicity for the refunded amount plus a handling fee, and may face disciplinary action.
- Volume impact. Returned product may reduce your Personal Volume and/or Organizational Volume for that Volume Month, which can affect your Award qualification. It's your responsibility to ensure you still meet your monthly qualification requirements.
Distributors do not receive the Customer Product Satisfaction Guarantee on their own purchases; a Distributor may instead exchange product for like value within 60 days under the 70% Rule, or return inventory through Product Buy-Back upon resignation.
