Every Unicity rank has a set of volume requirements, and the Rank Qualification tool in Unicity Office tracks exactly where you stand against them — in real time, for you and your team. Three numbers determine whether you qualify: Personal Volume (PV), Team Volume (TV), and Leg Organizational Volume (OV). Hit the targets for a given rank, and you move up — earning higher compensation along with new recognition and rewards.

Key Criteria for Reaching a Rank

  • Personal Volume (PV)
  • Team Volume (TV)
  • Leg Overall Volume (OV), with specific OV requirements per leg varying based on rank.

Full qualification criteria for each rank are in the Unicity Compensation Plan.

Reading the Rank Qualification Dashboard

Find your progress under Rank Qualification on your Unicity Office dashboard.

  • Left side: the name of the person representing each leg.
  • Right side: your current volume compared to the volume required for the rank.
  • Bottom: your current PV, TV, and number of Active Legs.

Each leg shows a progress bar. You've met a requirement when its bar is fully filled and the displayed number meets or exceeds the target — for example, a leg showing 301 / 100 has cleared that leg's requirement for the given rank, while one showing 700 / 1,000 still needs more volume.

Requirements reset when you switch ranks: qualifying for a higher rank raises what each leg and total volume must hit.

How the Dashboard Updates

By default, the dashboard starts each new month at the rank you achieved the month before. As you hit milestones, it automatically advances toward your next rank. You can also select a different rank manually from the dropdown to check your progress toward it directly.

Horizontal compression

One remarkable aspect of the Unicity compensation plan is horizontal compression. Essentially, this means that Unicity consolidates the volume generated by your personally sponsored Members and Franchise Partners. Here's how it works in practical terms: Horizontal compression combines the volume from all your legs except your two largest into a single third leg. Because it's dynamic, this compressed leg recalculates automatically as your two largest legs change — and it can end up becoming your largest OV leg.

Example: In the dashboard image, Leg 3 shows "4 Members / 2 Partners" with 700 combined volume. That means horizontal compression combined 4 Members and 2 Franchise Partners — everyone outside your two biggest legs — into that single leg.

This feature optimizes your earning potential and fosters growth within your organization.
