To upgrade from a Member to a Distributor, talk to your Unicity Partner about your options, then complete enrollment at upgrade.unicity.com. If you need help at any point, Unicity Customer Service can guide you through it.


Step 1: Talk to your Unicity Partner 

Your partner is the person who referred you in Unicity. Reach out to them before you upgrade — they can:

  • Walk you through your upgrade options and Business Builder Packs.
  • Explain the benefits of becoming a Distributor.
  • Answer your questions about building a business.
  • Recommend the option that fits you best.


Step 2: Upgrade your account online 

Once you've picked an option, go to upgrade.unicity.com and:

  1. Sign in with your existing Unicity account.
  2. Select your Business Builder Pack.
  3. Enter the required information.
  4. Complete enrollment.


Step 3: Contact Unicity Customer Service if you need help

Reach out to Unicity Customer Service if:

  • Your Unicity Partner recommends a manual upgrade.
  • You run into an issue upgrading online.
  • You'd rather speak with a person than upgrade on your own.


Customer Service can answer questions, explain your options, fix account or technical issues, and walk you through next steps.
