Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
In principle, the company destroys the relevant information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. However, in cases where it is necessary to preserve the information in accordance with relevant laws and the company's internal policies, the company will retain the member information for a certain period of time as specified in the relevant laws and internal policies.

Article 6 (Entrustment of personal information processing)
In order to provide services, the company entrusts the processing of personal information to an external professional company as follows.
When entrusting the processing of personal information, in order to ensure the safety of personal information protection, the company clearly stipulates compliance with instructions related to personal information protection, confidentiality of personal information, restrictions on provision to third parties, liability in case of accidents, period of entrustment, return or destruction of personal information after completion of processing, etc., and supervises the entrusted company to ensure that personal information is processed safely.

Article 7 (Users’ rights, obligations and exercise methods)
1. Users may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the company at any time.
1) Request to view personal information
2) Request for correction in case of errors, etc.

2. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through the contact information or email address disclosed in Article 11 (Personal Information Protection Manager and Person in Charge), and the Company will take action without delay.
3. If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, etc., the company will not use or provide the personal information until correction or deletion is completed.
4. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a proxy, such as the data subject's legal representative or an authorized person. In this case, a power of attorney in the format of Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act must
be submitted.
5. Users must not infringe upon the personal information or privacy of the data subject or others being processed by the company in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act or other related laws.
Article 8 (Destruction of personal information)
1. When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the company's personal information retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, the personal information will be destroyed without delay.
2. In cases where the retention period for personal information agreed upon by the user has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, but personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations, the personal information
will be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
3. The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
1) Destruction Procedure
The company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the company's personal information protection officer.
2) Destruction Method
The company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic files in a way that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incineration.
Article 9 (Technical and administrative protection measures for personal information)
When processing users' personal information, the company has established the following technical/administrative measures to ensure the safety of personal information and prevent it from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged.
1. Establishment of internal management plan
ㆍThe company establishes and implements an internal management plan to ensure the safe handling of personal information.
ㆍThe company checks the implementation of personal information protection measures and the compliance of the person in charge through the in-house personal information protection organization, etc., and takes immediate corrective action when a problem is discovered.
2. Encryption of user’s personal information
ㆍUsers' personal information is protected by a password, and files and transmission data are encrypted or stored and managed using the file lock function. Important data
is protected through a separate security function.
3. Measures against hacking, etc.
ㆍThe company is taking measures to prevent damage from computer viruses by using antivirus programs. The antivirus programs are updated periodically, and in the event of a sudden virus outbreak, the vaccine is
provided immediately to prevent personal information from being infringed.
ㆍThe company is adopting a security device (SSL) that uses an encryption algorithm to safely transmit personal information on the network.
ㆍTo prepare for external intrusions such as hacking, we are taking every measure to ensure security by using intrusion prevention systems, etc.
4. Minimization and education of personal information handlers
ㆍThe company limits personal information handlers to the minimum required to perform their duties and raises awareness of the importance of personal information protection through management measures such as education for personal information handlers.
5. Physical protection measures for personal information
ㆍThe company has installed and operates an access control system to control the entry of unauthorized persons, and documents and auxiliary storage media containing personal information are stored in a safe location with a locking device.
Article 10 (Installation/operation of automatic personal information collection devices and refusal thereof)
1. The company uses ‘cookies’ to store and periodically retrieve usage information in order to provide users with convenient services.
