Unicity provides all members with the opportunity to participate in sponsorship activities in countries where Unicity has entered.
However, since the membership process and compensation plan differ by country, there may be restrictions on membership in some countries.
For example, there are places where membership is not possible if you are not a citizen of the country, and there may be restrictions on sponsorship by foreigners depending on the social system of the country, so you should check in advance.
If you are planning to visit another country for the purpose of sponsorship or negotiation, we recommend that you first obtain necessary information and advice from the Unicity branch in that country. You should fully understand the laws and culture of that country before engaging in sponsorship activities.
Due to legal issues as well as the sensitivity of the international market, Unicity has established the following rules, failure to follow which will be flagged as a violation of the Code of Conduct.
- It is prohibited to create mailing lists for unspecified numbers of people who are not personally acquainted, create lists of organizations, create and distribute other edited materials, etc. Each country has its own privacy protection laws, so you should not make any unreasonable solicitations or negotiations. This may result in fines, imprisonment, confiscation of materials or products, and reprimands or expulsions from Unicity.
- Members may not send any materials other than guidebooks, video materials, and various samples for the country provided by Unicity.
- You should not send your Unicity products to other countries. Not only will this not protect your products in your country, but it may also threaten Unicity’s registered trademark rights and violate other trademark laws and regulations, which may result in serious legal issues.
- Advertising for the purpose of business description is prohibited by law in many countries.
