GLIC SPECIAL PACKAGE

Can I pre-order online and pick up my GLIC Special Packages at my local office?

No, the GLIC Special Packages can only be collected at the Global Leadership and Innovation Conference 2019.

When and how can I collect the GLIC Special Packages?

Kindly proceed to the Online Order Pick-Up Counter at the Exhibition Hall 2 from 12:00pm to 10:00pm on 14th June 2019, and from 9:00am to 07:30am to 07:30pm on 15th June 2019. Please provide our staff with a screenshot of your order confirmation which contains a barcode.

Can I purchase the GLIC Special Packages during the Global Leadership and Innovation Conference 2019?

No, the GLIC Special Packages will ONLY be available for pre-order.

What payment methods do you accept for the purchase of the GLIC Special Packages?

Only MasterCard and Visa credit/debit card are accepted.

How much is the currency exchange rate?

You may refer to your bank for the applicable currency exchange rates.

What should I do if I do not have a screenshot of my order confirmation?

You may provide our staff with your BA number.

Who may purchase GLIC Special Packages?

Only persons with valid GLIC tickets are able to purchase and collect GLIC Special Packages.

Can somebody else collect the GLIC Special Packages on behalf of me?

Yes, please provide our staff with the order number and confirmation number, or your distributor number.

How do I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders are not cancellable, refundable or exchangeable.

What happens if I input an incorrect email address to the pre-order site?

You will not be able to receive the order number and confirmation number if an incorrect email address was provided.

What are the contents of the GLIC Special Packages?

The contents will be 2 boxes of LC Base, 2 boxes of Unimate Fuel, 1 Blender bottle and 1 Eco bag. Contents are subject to change without prior notice.

What are the benefits of pre-ordering the GLIC Special Packages?

Pre-ordering will reduce the queuing time and the GLIC Special Packages comes with pre-order gifts and extra PV.

Which month will the PV of the pre-order be applied to?

The PV of the pre-order is applicable to the month the purchase was made.

How does commission work for these orders?

The PV will appear in the month the purchase was made and commissions will be calculated on the KR (Asia) compensation plan with CV rate 1,000KRW.

Does PV for GLIC Special Package will be accounted for my country local PV?

Yes, your PV for GLIC Special Package will be accounted for your country local PV.

TICKET PURCHASE

Is it possible to purchase a ticket on site during the event date?

No, convention tickets must be purchased at a Unicity office or on the GLIC website before the event. For offline purchases, please contact a Unicity office in your country.

Is there an age restriction for ticket purchases?

Anyone can purchase tickets. However, please note that children are strictly restricted from VIP zone seating, any on-stage appearance, seminars, and the Black Tie Party.
Any children attending the event must be supervised by parents. Please note, there will be loud noise with lots of exciting techniques, flame and people.

Do we have any special price for children?

No, all attendees (adults and children) have to pay the same ticket price.

Can I choose the seats before purchasing tickets?

Seats will be allotted by country. You will be able to check your seat on site on a first-come-first-serve basis.

What happens if I select the wrong seating zone when I purchased online?
You will be seated within the country you selected. In case of this occurrence, please contact the Unicity office in your country.

What if I’m a Korean and purchase the tickets from Thailand office?
Automatically, you will be seated in Thai seating zone. Please make you purchase the tickets from the Unicity office located in the country you would like to be seated with at the event.

If I don’t get any confirmation email or SMS from purchasing ticket online whom should I contact?
Please contact the Unicity office in your country.

Can tickets be purchased in bulk?

Yes, leaders may purchase larger quantities of tickets.

When will I receive my tickets & souvenirs?

Each market will have a different plan to distribute tickets and souvenirs. Both online and offline purchasers MUST communicate directly with the Unicity office in their country about when & where they receive GLIC materials.

Can I cancel the tickets after payment?

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to other partners or distributors.

PRODUCT ORDER

Is it possible to purchase new products on site?

Yes, products will be available at the order counter immediately following the first launching event.

Are there alternative methods of payment for product purchases?

Cash (please note that only local currency; KRW) will be accepted. Payment via Credit Card will be available, but cash payments will result in a quicker transaction.

What kind of new product can I buy?

Sorry, new product information is confidential and will be revealed during the on-site launch.

Can the new product be purchased online or thru Head office in each country after event?
