The Centurion Leader Rule

The Centurion Leader Rule encourages Distributors to lead by example by building their own Centurion Count. It ensures that the amount a Distributor can earn from their downline's Feel Great volume from Unicity’s Organization Bonus depends on their personal Centurion Count. This means that your Centurion Count determines the amount you can earn from the Centurion Counts of your downline Distributors.

An example

John had a Centurion Count of 25 in May. Rob and Sarah are two of the downline Distributors in John’s organization. Rob’s Centurion Count in May was 15 while Sarah’s was 60. This means that John will earn the full Organization Bonus on all 15 of the Feel Great packs under Rob, while only earning on 25 of the 60 Feel Great packs under Sarah.

In June, John pushes himself to be the leader and increases his Centurion Count to 65. Both Rob and Sarah maintain the same Centurion Counts as they did in May of 15 and 60. Now John earns the full Organization Bonus on all of the Feel Great packs under both Distributors.

Full Centurion

If a Distributor qualifies as a full Centurion (reaching 100 points or more), they will earn the entire possible Organization Bonus on ALL of your downlines’ Feel Great Volume, even if their Centurion Counts exceed 100
