Not for Resale (NFR) orders allow Canadian account holders to purchase select Unicity products that are sold in the U.S. but not yet available in Canada. Orders are for personal use only and can't be resold or distributed commercially.
Important Information
- Purchase limit: Up to 6 units per item code in a 30 day period (applies per item code, no matter how many different products are in the order)
- Currency: U.S. dollars (USD)
- Shipping fee: Flat $25 USD per order
- Delivery time: 10–15 business days
How to Place an NFR Order
There are two ways to place an NFR order.
Option 1: Switch Your Market to the US
- Log in with your Canadian Unicity account at shop.unicity.com.
- Change your country/market to the United States (US).
- Select your product(s) by clicking the Cart button, then click Checkout when you're ready.
- On the Checkout page, review your shipping details and make any necessary updates.
- Click Continue to Payment, select your preferred payment method, and enter the required payment details.
- Review your order summary, then click Place Order.
Option 2: Use “Shop USA Products”
- Log in with your Canadian Unicity account at shop.unicity.com.
- Click on Shop USA Products.
- Click OK on the pop-up that appears.
- Select your product(s) by clicking the Cart button, then click Checkout when you're ready.
- On the Checkout page, review your shipping details and make any necessary updates.
- Click Continue to Payment, select your preferred payment method, and enter the required payment details.
- Review your order summary, then click Place Order.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Who can place an NFR order? Canadian Distributors and Members, for products sold in the U.S. but not yet available in Canada.
- Can I resell NFR products? No. NFR orders are for personal use only and can't be resold or commercially distributed.
- What currency are NFR orders charged in? NFR orders are charged in USD because they are processed through the US market. PV also follows the US market, rather than the Canadian market.
