Customer Service Representative

We are a global leader in nutritional supplements that is seeking part-time Customer Service Agents to join our world class Customer Service/Call Center department.

Responsibilities

Unicity International, the global leader in nutritional supplements, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent – Mandarin Speaking to join our world class Customer Service department. In this position you will answer inbound calls, place orders, and resolve customer issues. Position is part-time, M-F, 25-28 hours per week. This part-time position is in Orem, Utah. Qualified candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and have great phone and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin and English.

Compensation

$12.00 per hour.
