Kangin was attracted to Unicity for several reasons, including its ne products and compensation plan. The biggest draw for Kangin, however, was knowing that he “could gain nancial independence and freedom of time.”
The first year of Kangin’s Unicity business was full of trial and error. “I had no partner,” he explains, but he was determined to grow. “I studied so hard and tried to experience as much as I could to develop skills,” he says. “I also focused on training and supporting mid- level leaders . . . because I realized it was important to nurture leaders.” Kangin came to realize that Unicity “is about education, support, and personality.”
Since then, Kangin’s business has grown, and he has found “happiness and values in working with partners to achieve vision and goals.” He continues to work hard to achieve those goals. Speaking of his current methods, Kangin notes, “I never stop studying and innovating myself to ensure that my life, personality, and ability are developed in a perfect balance.” Balance is important for Kangin, as he has many ambitious goals. He’s currently
organizing a volunteer team “to help people in need in Korea and abroad by sharing with them our time and resources.” Furthermore, he’s working hard to make Unicity the top networking business in Korea.
