Customer Refund

1. 60 days Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal as set out below (under “2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal”) we offer additional product guarantees. Hence, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Unicity product, the product can be returned within sixty (60) days for a 100% refund of the product purchase price. For products purchased directly from Unicity, please contact Unicity-Customer Service, to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions to return any unused product in its original packaging.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
For product purchased directly from a Unicity Independent Distributor, please contact the Distributor who sold you the product to obtain your 100% refund.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

a. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer you are entitled to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products (ie. the deliver date). To exercise the withdrawal right, you must inform

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). The withdrawal form appearing at the bottom of our Terms & Conditions may be, but is not required to be, used for this purpose.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send this communication concerning this exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

b. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which Unicity is informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Unicity will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is earliest.

The customer shall send back the products as its expense, to the following address stated below under section III (How to return or exchange product) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the Customer communicates his withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the products before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Distributor Exchange

You may exchange product for like product or for product of equal value within sixty (60) days of purchase.  To exchange product, contact Unicity-Customer Service, to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions to return any unused product in its original packaging for exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

III How to return or exchange product:

Package your return securely. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice. Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service. Contact Unicity-Customer Service and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1. Returns must be shipped to us within 60 days of the date you received your order.
2. Please do not combine orders for return; only one order per package.
