Step-by-Step Guide:

Click your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then navigate to the Subscriptions section to review your subscription order details.

Select the subscription you would like to cancel, then click the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Cancel Subscription.

After clicking, you’ll see the option to either skip a month or proceed with cancellation. Select your preferred option and click to continue.

If you choose to proceed with the cancellation, you can either contact Customer Service if you need assistance and would like to explore alternatives to cancelling your subscription or select the reason for your cancellation. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and services. Once you have made your selection, click Cancel Subscription to finalize the process.

A pop-up will appear confirming that your subscription has been canceled. Afterward, review your subscription details to ensure the change has been applied, and you’re all set.
