LC Magna Protein Pancakes

We love LC Magna for it’s clean formula and pumpkin based protein. It’s safe for all types of diets and allergens —it’s dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan! Not only will you be getting your healthy fats, but it works with protein to provide sustained, long-lasting metabolic fuel for your body. LC Magna provides nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and phytosterols and leaves out the artificial flavors and sweeteners. It’ll leave you full and satisfied, and free of any stomachaches and/or headaches. The pumpkin flavor is perfect for autumn. Who doesn’t want a little flavor of fall in their smoothie/shake? We took it a step further and tried pumpkin PANCAKES! Below is the recipe and a short video. Enjoy!

1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 cup cottage cheese (2%)
1 packet LC Magna
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
(optional: banana)
Directions: Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth, pour ¼ cup of batter onto a lightly greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium high heat for about 2 minutes each side.

Suggested Toppings:
Natural nut butter
Greek yogurt
Unsweetened applesauce
Sugar free syrup
