-Always be honest: Know that the truth is always enough.

-Know who you really are: Each of us has a divine potential, and once we understand that, we can push ourselves to reach that potential.

-Have fun: Life is to be enjoyed, even in the little things.

-Have core values to live by: Set standards and values for yourself and stick to them, especially when times are difficult.

-Live a healthy lifestyle: We’re in the business of helping others look healthy. It’s important that we look the part, which means we may need to turn down that piece of cake at a party.

-No shortcuts: You can’t expect lasting results by cutting out the necessary steps to make permanent advancements.

-Understand science & art form: Everyone should know the science (business principles), but we also need to have the “art form.” The arts are where each of our individual personalities and strengths come out, and that’s a good thing.

-Be humble: In this business, we’re all on the same playing field, and it’s important to remember that we all have a different skill set, so we need to be humble about our successes.

-Express gratitude: It’s been said that if ingratitude is numbered among the serious sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest of virtues. Be grateful for what you have.

-Instill hope in others: Hope is a powerful emotion, and when we can convey hope in other people’s lives, they begin to see how happy and fulfilling they can actually be.
